Registration rules

The EES2020 school is limited to 40 participants. 

• The CNRS  only covers the general organization of the school, and accommodation costs (room + meals) only for CNRS statutory staff.
• However, thanks to the support of the PNPS, PNHE, CNES, OSU OREME, LUPM, we can take care of the hosting costs of a certain number of other participants, within the limits of available funding. If you are in this situation and would like financial support for your hosting costs, send a detailed request to ees2020@sciencesconf.org. The other participants will have to pay the accommodation costs (405 €).
• PhD Students: Ask your supervisor to send a short message (ees2020@sciencesconf.org) supporting your application. Please do mention if you are paid by CNRS.
• Post-docs: send a motivation letter to ees20120@sciencesconf.org for your participation and a CV. Please do mention if you are paid by CNRS.
• The EES does not cover any travel expenses. For CNRS agents, these costs can be covered on request to their respective Regional Delegations.
• Other participants must request this funding from their laboratory. In particular, we encourage doctoral students to apply to their doctoral school to cover travel expenses.

Registration is open until June 15th 2020. After this date, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to selected participants.

Rooms: by default participants will share twin rooms. Individual rooms are available on demand and will have an extra cost of 15€/night (to be paid by the participant).
